Do graphics tablets improve the look and quality of art and graphics?
I was thinking about getting one of those graphics tablets, but I’m unsure if they’re worth the money.
I usually just draw a picture by hand, pencil and paper, scan it into Photoshop Cs3, and then ink it.
But does a graphics tablet really improve the quality or make it easier?
Can anyone show me any comparisons between scanning and inking and a graphics tablet?
Are they worth the money?
Is it better to use?

I used to paint with a mouse a long time ago.
Graphics tablets make it sooooooooooooo much easier.
It doesn’t necessarily improve the look and quality since that is dependent on the skill of the artist, BUT, it does make it 100x faster to achieve the same level of quality as you would if you used a mouse. That said, you might have more energy left over to push the painting further, which could end up making it look better.
